Refund Policy

Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and clear from day one. This policy explains when refunds are available for tutoring and advising services.

Before services begin

If no hours have been used, families may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

After services begin

  • Used hours are non-refundable.
  • Unused prepaid hours may be eligible for a prorated refund, minus any enrollment/admin fees disclosed at checkout.
  • Custom application/advising deliverables already completed are non-refundable.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Charges already processed for the active cycle are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

No-shows and late cancellations

Meetings missed without proper notice may be counted as used hours and are not refundable. We encourage at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

How to request a refund

Email contactascendacademic@gmail.com with the student name, package purchased, and reason for request. We review requests within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution and service access.
